5.5” Boning Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Pro line of knives. Added the boning knife to our current set. The handle feel great in my hand. I find the knife to be well-balanced and sharp, making trimming fat and boning actually enjoyable.

Great for Silver Skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this not to do boning, but to remove silver skin from roasts. Used on Christmas day to remove silver skin from meal, and it did a spectacular job. Very sharp, heavy, well balanced knife.
