Great processing knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used this knife to break down a mule deer at the house. This knife is definitely for at-home use only. I enjoyed many of the knife’s features, to include is weight, is blade length, it’s sharpness and it’s ability to hold an edge. It is a great addition to my processing kit. One draw back, and perhaps this is a learned preference offered by cheaper knife makers, was the grip surface. I never had any issues with my grip slipping, but I find a mental comfort with a tacky/non-slip handle. In no way was the handle bad or slipping while I used it, just something I noticed.

Don't underestimate this knife

I got this knife about a year ago and it quickly became one of my favorites. The blade is razor sharp and flexible so it glides evenly around the edges of chicken breast or between the skin and meat of fish. Use it to peel fruits or vegetables. The Pro series curved forged bolster is always a favorite of mine for a comfortable grip.

Very Flexible

This boning knife is the most flexible one the market. Love how it can glide around bones, and skeleton. Nice curved bolster which feels great in the hand, and doesn't rub against fingers. Extremely sharp German steel with a lifetime warranty. This knife makes removing silver skin from beef and pork so easy. In the past I truly struggled to get every last drop off the meat, but this knife makes it effortless. Great puchase.

Super Flexible

I can't believe how flexible this knife is! I am able to take the skin off of a tomato with this knife without worrying that I will take off a lot if the flesh. I love the curved bolster on the knife that makes it extra comfortable and the handle makes it easy to maneuver the knife.

Sweet Boning Knife

This is one the best boning knives. I like the flex, just enough to get me around a chicken breast, but sturdy enough to work around beef bones. The sharp blade slips under siverskin easily. The newly designed angled bolster is easy to grip, keeping the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control. And it comes with the quality of the Pro line. The steel will hold its edge and knife will last a lifetime.

A 40 year Zwilling Boning knife Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hade a Zwilling boning knife since I have been 15. It is still in good shape. I came across this update with the unique bolster design which tapers down to a full blade and I just had to pounce. My older Zwilling will be passed on to a nephew who is interested in cooking. I’m a former professional chef myself. Cooking at home is a lot more fun and less stressful!

So Handy

This knife is so versatile. Yes use if for fish all the time but I just started using it for taking the skin off all melons. The flexibility of this knife is amazing.
