Best knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 40 years ago, when I was cooking professionally, I bought my first set of Henkel knives. I still use them every day at home, and keep them nice and sharp. Now circumstances have conspired to give us a smaller second home close to family we can visit. So. News knives. This new boning knife is a bit different than my 40 year old one, but it sings like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of cooking 15 years to be exact with dexter knives and all sorts of cheap carbon knives I decided to upgrade to a real company sharpness is fantastic clean slices on chicken breast weight feel and handle just great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife kept having the seafood clerks filet the fish and they were wasting it so I figured I’d get a knife to fillet the fish myself. She can immediately tell the difference. Best knife for filleting.
