Another great knife from the Pro line of knives! This is one I use for de-boning fish, yet also use for peeling fruits like mangos, for my oranges and so much more! Don't let the name make you believe it has only 1 use! Again, the curved bolster helps my grip and keeps my fingers from over-working.

best boning knife, no bones about it!

The flex on this boning knife makes it tieh easiest knife to use for a chicken. It moves so smoothly around the edges and doesn't catch on the surface of the bones, just skims right past and edges or angles on the bone. I always had my butcher do most of the work, as my boning skills were sub par, but with this knife I a have no issue buying a whole roaster and de-boning it myself, in fact it's kinda ZEN! Try it!!

Best of its' kind

There is no doubt that the Pro line is my absolute favorite, but in addition, I love this specific knife. I can easily get in between the chicken and the skin, slice the skin off of oranges, and many other finite cuts. It's flexible and sharp enough to make these cuts with ease. I would not recommend a better boning knife.

Never owned boning knife before this one...lucky I picked the best one first. The flexibility makes it ultra-useful and...is made from the age-old Zwilling GSS!

Great Design

This is the best boning knife I’ve ever used. The curved bolster gives you the ultimate control over the blade, which is very important when removing bones from proteins. The blade has just enough flexibility to work around different cuts of meat to allow you to get the exact cut you’re looking for.

Best Boning Knife

This knife does a great job removing small bones from chicken and beef and fish. It's also greaet when removing citrus peels and sectioning fruit for salads. So comfortable to use and am able to get a grip that allows for precise cuts when using it. Blade is flexible and lets you easily maneuver around delicate pieces fish to make a nice filet. Great to use when trimming excess fat and gristle from meat and chicken.

functional but still stylish

So many boning knives are clunky and not attractive. The design on this one is superb. The blade is super thin but durable and has just enough give to get close to the bone. The german steel really stands up and it stays very sharp. I like the curved bolster, it keps me using a good grip.
