The ultimate fruit knife

This is a knife I didn’t know I needed until I used it. I always thought this was really supposed to be used for just fish or chicken, but you can use this knife for so many other purposes! My friend showed me how to peel fruit with it like oranges and that was a game changer! It cuts so cleanly and with it’s thin profile you can really get a nice slice, whether it’s removing meat from a bone, or skin from fruit or fish, it’s a knife that can be really handy to have in the kitchen when you need it.

I don't bone a lot of meats but I do like to use this knife for sushi making.. I love the shape, the feel . I use this knife for skinning tomatoes and cucumbers, slicing the thinnest scallions and herbs. Try it!

This boning knife has a super narrow tip compared to other ZWILLING boning knives. The shaved back bolster make it comfortable to hold

This is my go to knife when I am boning a chicken or frenching a rack of lamb. It has just the right amount of flexibility to get around the bones and scrape them clean.

Another great knife from the Pro line of knives! This is one I use for de-boning fish, yet also use for peeling fruits like mangos, for my oranges and so much more! Don't let the name make you believe it has only 1 use! Again, the curved bolster helps my grip and keeps my fingers from over-working.

best boning knife, no bones about it!

The flex on this boning knife makes it tieh easiest knife to use for a chicken. It moves so smoothly around the edges and doesn't catch on the surface of the bones, just skims right past and edges or angles on the bone. I always had my butcher do most of the work, as my boning skills were sub par, but with this knife I a have no issue buying a whole roaster and de-boning it myself, in fact it's kinda ZEN! Try it!!
