A great boning knife

You may not realize you need this until you try it. It has the awesome curved Pro bolster that makes holding the knife correctly super easy. The blade is thin and flexible which makes it perfect for removing meat from bones or deboning fish. It is also great with peeling larger fuits and segmenting oranges. Of course with all the Pro knives, they're forged from German steel in Germany which ensures they will be sharp and stay that way.

A great addition to any kitchen knife collection, and classically made for poultry due to the flexibility of the blade; on the contrary, much more versatile. Try it out on some fruit to peel the skin off with ease; although there’s the fillet knife available, if you don’t have one... this is a great substitute on smaller fish. I would recommend this one, and who knows, you may just find out other ways to use this knife.

I love this knife. We smoke a lot of ribs and pork butts and I wanted a knife that would make trimming the silver skin and fat off the meat easier for me. This knife did the trick, flexible and has a nice point that helps get you under the skin allowing me to get a good portion of the skin instead of having to hack at the skin in little pieces. I am glad I purchased this knife.

Sharp, sleek boning knife

She thought I’d want a divorce over it she was so worried. I was just glad she didn’t get hurt when it was dropped. Highly recommended for anyone who is a foodie and can appreciate a high quality knife.

Very sharp. My hand fits an XL glove and this handle feels very good in my hand. I like the 5.5" length and would use my fillet knife if I needed any longer. I love the concave curve at the back that will ring around a bone.
