Extremely Versatile.

Sharp & versatile

The sharpness and versatility beyond the prescribed prep & post cook work has made me a full convert to this brand. The weight balance is indescribable until it's in your hand personally, but to best describe it: you feel in full control of each slicing maneuver. Removing silverskin from ribs has never been easier!

Cuts like going through butter!

This knife made removing the meat from a free-standing rib roast effortless, having just the correct flexibility to cut along the bone’s curvature. That resulted in much less “scrappy” meat being left behind.

Good Boning knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after watching several reviews. It isn’t as sharp as I was expecting, but plenty sharp to do the job. I bought it to bone out to whole green hams. I was happy to say it worked very well. As this is my first boning knife, I have nothing to compare it with, but I so expect it to give many years of service.

Amazing Boning Knife
