A Must Have for the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first used my daughter in law's Zwilling boning knife while cooking at her house. Then I knew I had to have one of my own. This knife is so sharp and versatile. I use it for soft fruits and vegetables (great for tomatoes), and it's the best I have ever used for slicing chicken breasts. I absolutely love this boning knife!

Well balanced and sturdy
