Love My Zeilling Pro Boning Knofe!

I was excited to get the 5.5” flexible boning knife. It’s extremely sharp and, probably the best feature is its flexibility, making it so much easier to make clean cuts close to and around the bone,

Excellent knife as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Substantial weight compared to Chicago Cutlery knives that I have had for the last 10 years. I just figured time to upgrade (I wanted non wood yet professional looking and sturdy grips). There was a little machinery ding in the black polycarbonate handle but ow perfect style and so far, amazingly effect with meal prep.
