[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Boning knife completes my Christmas present! I now have a complete set of Zwilling Pro Knives! We can see this knife as having many uses besides deboning Chicken! It will be of great use in trimming fat from Pork and Brisket to Smoke! It is a manageable length and has a nice hand weight! My husband ordered it yesterday and was told it would be here next week and it came today! Wonderful service!

Best knife ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best knife out there for cutting meats. It just glides through everything as if it was butter! Only thing I wish it came with some sheath/case for the knife.
