the design makes a difference

As a seasoned cook I know that a pairing knife is used for shaping and peeling products in hand. This design is perfect. The cuve where the handle and blade meet make it very comfortable to hold in my hand and the blade legnth makes it ideal for all my peeling needs. Once again a quality German product from Zwilling.

I grab this knife for almost everything I do in the kitchen. It's just the right size for all my kitchen chores. Peels potatoes, skins tomatoes, slices, dices, minces and even chops.
Would much rather use this then a bigger bulkier knife, it just makes me feel more in control!

Love the traditional rivets in the handle. This knife also has a curved bolster which makes it so easy to grip, and also allows the blade to be sharpened all the way to the end. Full tang and one piece construction keeps it nice and durable, and the life time warranty is just one more reason to add this to the collection.
Use it practically every day, is truly an extension of the hand, which is what you want in a good quality parer. Doesn't hurt that it's made by Zwilling, a leader in the cutlery world. Well designed, just like I knew it would be.
