Didn't know what I'd been missing!

I received this paring knife from my son for Christmas because I had asked for a new knife. He's one that reviews and studies before purchasing, and this is the one he gave me. I have been using it for 6 months now, and I really never knew what a pleasure it is to have a really good knife! I'm 71 years old and I should have found it before now. But definitely better late than never! I'm very pleased with how it well holds the edge and how easy it is to hold, and the size is perfect for most peeling, slicing, and chopping tasks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The worst CS ever and material not as it should b

I have had this knife for a while and have noticed a hairline crack in it, Not abused and one of my 4 Z knives. Wrote to company and after 6 weeks received an email that says to ship it for inspection and IF it qualifies, they shall replace in 12 week!!!! No mention if they would return my knife if it does not qualify and seems to be an excuse for just wasting my time and money.;
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paring knife is a replacement for our 17 piece knife block set. The original one had a burr on its cutting edge. We are very happy that the empty slot in the block is now filled with this little work horse of a knife. Due to COVID it did take longer than expected, but want to thank Zwilling for honoring their warranty!

Finally but the bullet

Zwilling has a long history of crafting knives and I really wanted a new paring knife. This knife handle is sleek and slim. Perfect for my small hands and my partner who has big hands. Holds sharpness well. Agile, sleek and really a great overall paring knife.

Finally a good knife!

I didn’t even have to apply much pressure to cut through my brussels sprouts like butter. I feel like I finally made it into the grown-up world having this wonderfully sharp professional knife.

Sharp meets sexy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife looks amazing. The handle is long and comfortable. It is very sharp and cuts easily. My only pet peeve is that the 4" blade is a little long. I am accustomed to using a 3" blade but I am sure I will get used to using the longer blade in no time.

As such, it was necessary to purchase the requisite products for my new career as "Home Chef". I had been using the same old knives for as long as I can remember but thought I should upgrade now. The Paring Knife (4 inch) sliced through the vegetables with such ease I kicked myself for not buying one sooner. I will continue purchasing your products as they are obviously made with exceptional care and make cooking a pleasure.
