Every knife in the Pro Series is fantastic. I especially like the Pro 4" Paring Knife and use it all the time. Made in Germany and the quality shows just how durable it is.

This paring knife is a perfect length for all peeling jobs. The wider blade takes a little getting used to but soon you will realize how much better it pares compared to it's narrower counterparts.
Made from high quality German steel it's sure to keep a sharp edge for a long time.

Comfortable little knife

This pairing knife fits perfectly in my hand and the blade is extremely sharp so It cuts through vegetables and peels with ease. I have a couple pairing knives but this is the one I reach for first every time.

This is the best pairing knife I have ever had. It is perfectly balanced, three riveted handle, comfortable curved bolster, sharp, and cuts like butter. I use this for everything! You couldn't buy a better pairing knife.
