Wanted a step up from our Cutco paring knife. Was looking for a 3 1/2 inch blade with more blade height, weight and handle in hand stability. This one is fantastic! Haven’t had it long enough to know how well it holds its edge, but my bet is, I’ll be satisfied.

Gave 5-stars in a large part because the knife is still made in Germany. I returned a similar Henckel knife, because the manufacturing had been outsourced to another country. This is a quality tool that I greatly enjoy using.
