[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried other knives, and the Professional is very comfortable, super sharp and the 4 inch is a perfect size. (That’s not what she said!) I prefer the old, more slender shape. Overall great value for the longevity and durability.

Best paring knife

Enjoy cooking but hated knifes that could never stay sharp. This paring knife is well balanced and finely crafted. Will be the go to knife in our kitchen.
