My go-to for YEARS

I had this specific knife for about 6 years - then it inexplicably went missing. I managed without it (barely) and a replacement was top of my Christmas list this year. The pro series, made in Germany. makes a huge difference - when it come to quality & longevity, paying more for a superior crafted knife is the route to go.

Great Little Knife

Comfortable in the hand, sharp, well made. I have starting piecing together a nice little Zwilling Pro set starting with the 7" Chef's Knife that I bought right after Christmas 2019. I like it so much I had to jump on the 4" parer deal.

Four-inch paring knives cane sometimes be too much when doing fine work like for garnishes, but this knife you can choke up on, and have full control. The quality of the Pro line carries on in this knife - a triple riveted full size handle fits every hand. The forged high carbon steel stays shiny and is easy to maintain.

Curved bolster helps make this nice easy to use. It is extremely sharp and holds its sharp edge for months without sharpening.

The Best Paring Knife

This is such a sharp paring knife! I love the curved bolster and how the handle feels in my hand. It’s definitely the last paring knife I’ll ever need.

My favorite paring knife

This Pro line paring knife is my favorite out of all the little parers I have in my drawer. The bolster and handle allows for maximum control and comfort when doing all of the little prep tasks in the kitchen.
