I had one that I purchased 13 years ago and it disappeared recently :(, so glad they have not changed their design! Always sharp always precise! A lot of people don’t have paring knives in their kitchen and they need them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the 4” Zwilling Pro paring knife in the bar to cut Citus fruit and other garnishes. It has great feel and outstanding bald for cutting tough, thick skins.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
