Awesome For De-Boning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cut through 15 pounds of chicken thighs in a heartbeat. I have used other knives with varying levels of success, but this little knife made short work of time at the cutting block.

I had one that I purchased 13 years ago and it disappeared recently :(, so glad they have not changed their design! Always sharp always precise! A lot of people don’t have paring knives in their kitchen and they need them!
