Very sharp knife- feels great in hand.

The cutting action required a bit more sweeping than I'm used to, but I'm sure I will adjust in no time. Fits great in my hand-- looking forward to getting a lot of use out of this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The craftsmanship and quality materials of this pairing knife give it a very premium feel. The generous bolster and full tang balance the ice hardened German steel blade very nicely. I appreciate that the blade has more rocker and heel than most pairing knives. It handles more like a mini chefs knife than a pairing knife. I think that's a good thing. I'd recommend this knife to friends.
