My “go to” paring knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the weight and feel of this knife in my hand. It has a stouter handle than my other knives of the same brand. The shape of the blade is perfect for my style of cooking and it has kept a razor sharp edge with the most minimal honing.
