Very high quality cloth woven cable. The problem I always encounter with the original cables included with any device, is that the ends are under engineered, leading them to fray, split, or break leaving exposed wiring. Not only does this cable have cloth covering, the ends are rubber covered and a bit flexible to ensure a long lifespan.
I would recommend this cable to those who want to upgrade their stock charging cable, and for those who need additional length from a cable. I particularly used this one to run behind a head board in our bedroom as a more permanent cable for charging (until I upgrade to a wireless enabled device).
