really delivers!

I've only had these air buds for two days and I am beyond satisfied. The noise cancellation is incredible. Even emptying ice cubes into the freezer box didn't disturb the sound! There is a test to see if you have the right size tips in your ears and it works! They don't fall out either. I found loads of good info and demos on-line, including how to adjust the volume to make one side louder than the other, how to remove the buds easily and so much more. Of course pairing with another Apple product is a breeze. The charger for apple watch will charge the air buds! The sound is incredible. Pricey, but worth it imho. Treat yourself!

Pretty good pair of earbuds

I'm a music producer so maybe I might have a little bit of insight when it comes to how music should sound directly from production, the highs and bass are really exaggerated now for casual listening when I want to just pop them in it's amazing I hope nobody is doing any kind of professional music work with these but they simply work like magic with my iPhone 12 Pro.
Noise cancelling is excellent and transparency is near identical to not having them on (my own voice sounds less deep with the lower mid frequencies), the case is super easy to find thanks to the new chip they added meaning I won't get these lost again and I can mark them as lost, not to mention the case is crazy small (I used beats fit pro but these are so much smaller and lighter)
Only thing stopping me from giving this a full 5 stars is two things:
1. Wireless charging using Magsafe or a qi pad is fine even when using the proprietary Magsafe one directly from apple, the buds to tend to be a little bit warm in the ear and so as the case after charging I'm worried about the longevity it'll have because of these because they are considered "almost unfixable".
2. Unlike some other people I've seen find my does now allow me to "Notify when left behind" this kind of sucks but it's not terrible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent noise cancelling!

I went to Best Buy with the intent of purchasing a pair of Bose over the ear noise cancelling headphones to replace an old pair I had broken. My initial use was for travel - on a plane, and once spring rolled around to use during yard work on our acreage (on the tractor, running gas powered weed eater etc...). So far I have had a chance to put them to task and they work great!! My only complaint is when using then while running equipment you have to be conscious of them so when one gets knocked out from a tree limb or wiggles loose and falls it's not lost VS over the ear are so cumbersome / attached around you this is not a concern.
Thank you for the recommendation Best Buy! Not only did this option cost less than I had intended to spend the quality is you advised.

Cant use them after 1.5 year

First year, the AirPods are worth the 350$ you pay. That is if you can’t use the product for YEARS! But after 1.5 year, one of the AirPods makes constant noise enough that I just can’t use it. I can’t work with then train/run with them…there is a replacement program with Apple if your AirPods were made before October 2020. What a coincidence that mine were made November 2020 so they can’t replace them but they could try to repair them for the price of new ones. So, to me, earbuds that last you a year should not cost more than 50$ and even that is a lot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never thought I would wear AirPods but once I did I will continue. Where I am using them is around the yard. Excellent ear protection from gas powered equipment, phone rings right in your head and can enjoy radio or whatever music you are near to.

Didn’t think I’d like these as much as I do. They work fantastic. Easy to use , comfortable, compact, noise cancelling system is great! Price really isn’t that bad either.
