This product really works and the longer you use it, the better it works. Just be patient, because sometimes it can take up to a week to start feeling results ....but you will!!!

It really works for hot flashes

I was skeptical so I just did the trial subscription for a couple months. I sort of didn’t realize it was really working until I cancelled the subscription and tried to go without. The hot flashes have come back with a vengeance so I’m getting one to purchase. I wish I didn’t have to wear it on my wrist since I always wear my watch so it looks too obvious to me but I’m going to deal with it just to get the relief from the flashes again.

It has by far surpassed my expectations! Love that I can set it for an 8 hour cooling session during work! I stay hot, and have tried lots of things with no real results, but this WORKS!

Helps me regulate temp to avoid migraine attacks

I bought this since I am very sensitive to temp changes with chronic migraine. With this, I am able to sleep through the night on the cooling feature and bring it with me to places where the temp might be me uncomfortable, love it!!
