I absolutely love my wave, anytime that I am feeling anxious or overheated. I can just double tap the buttons and I get a cool wave that calms me down and cools me down.. I also love the heated feature sometimes I’m freezing and I need a little warmth.

This did not offer any cooling relief and you have to hit the small button on it constantly for it to operate. I returned this, and I did appreciate the try before you buy option in this instance!

We're very sorry to hear things didn't work out with your Wave. The Wave delivers cooling in wave patterns that are designed to keep your body from acclimating to the sensation the way you would if the temperature were "always on." The Wave comes loaded with a default 10-minute cooling session programmed to the dotted button, but you have the option to change that and choose sessions that last from 1 minute up to 9 hours if you connect with the app.

It actually has quite a kick to it. You do have to play around with where you wear it so that the rest of your body actually starts listening to it.
Also, I was worried when I saw people complaining about it getting hot when using the cooling features. It doesn't actually get hot thought. It is the cooling is such a shock that when it isn't there it feels hot against your skin. I will say I noticed it stopped doing that when I started really low and slowly increased the intensity of the coolness rather than starting high or medium.
My only complaint is the band. Because it is so easily adjustable it slips all the time if I don't have my apple watch sitting right about it. It also snags on clothes really easy which is frustrating. I'm from CO and was up and down the east coast this weekend to put it through its paces (it did really well. I would not have made it through the weekend without), however, the band felt heavier in the humidity and like it was adhering to my skin in some places.
In summary: Great band; start low, go high; replace the band ASAP.

I like it when it's steady cold, but the top and side of the watch become burning hot on occasion and I have problems being too hot. Overall it's nice when I can't cool down

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It is normal for the top and sides of your Wave to sometimes feel warm during cooling since the device needs to release the heat that's being pulled from your body. If you're finding this noticeable or uncomfortable, we recommend wearing your Wave a little farther down the wrist so that your hand doesn't touch the sides when you bend and move. We also offer a Comfort Case as another option to help add a little extra insulation (with bonus protection from bumps and scuffs + extra cooling capacity)!

It is OK so far. My positives would be. I definitely notice when it kicks on, I like the cool feeling on my skin and I use it heading into the grocery store, here’s the thing, I don’t think I was a great candidate, I wasn’t using it for what it has been designed for. I have temperature regulation issues. Since I was a little kid. So with that being said, my only complaint is that I can only wear it on my wrist and therefore I can’t wear it when I’m typing at work. I wish it hooked onto my upper arm or there was an accessory that would put it higher and out of my way. I think it’s a great idea. I’m hoping as I continue to use it to have even better results.

Thanks for sharing! One tip many Wavers use for typing is to pull your keyboard to the edge of your desk so that your wrists aren't resting on the surface. We've also heard from users who've worn their Waves on their ankles, upper arms, or even their neck! While the inner wrist is a particularly sensitive spot, you may find you still get the relief you need wearing the Wave farther up your forearm.
