Not being medically suited for hormone therapy, nor a fan of taking medication if I don’t have to, I was willing to give this device a try. Night sweats were waking me up drenched and overheated 3-4 times a night and as a result, my sleep quality was horrible. The first night I slept with the Embr on my wrist, I only had one wave of night sweats!! After 5 nights, there were none. In addition, I didn’t experience any hot flashes during the daytime, even though I wasn’t even wearing the device. I’m so thoroughly impressed and so glad I purchased it! Highly recommended.

Omg I am amazed that this works. I never thought I would get my body temp under control. I would recommend this to anyone how runs to cold or hot. Men or women.

Feels significantly cooler and hotter than I expected. Helped cooling me down because I’m constantly hot. I was surprised how much effect it had on my overall body temperature.
