I bought this a couple of weeks ago and wasn’t sure it would work out for my hot flashes and night sweats. I figured if it didn’t I could return it. This has been a game changer! I can’t believe how well it works! Best part was, I was able to use my FSA card to purchase! <3

Love it . Little bulky at first since it goes under your wrist but i got use to it. The heating up on cool mode is the one piece i dont like

Thanks for the kind words! The metal top and sides of the device do need to release heat during cooling. We recommend moving your Wave farther down your wrist so that you can freely bend your hand without touching the sides of the device if you are experiencing this. You can also try a Comfort Case, which offers extra thermal insulation, scuff protection, and improved cooling capacity!

I have had this about a couple weeks and it is working as described. There has been an unexpected benefit to this, I have had a headache daily for many years ( since the hot flashes started 10 years ago) and this has totally alleviated the daily headache. What a great bonus!

Best temps ever

I bought this 2 weeks ago, and I'm so happy that I did. I suffer from frequent nausea, and the cooling blast keeps me from feeling nauseous. It has changed my life, and made it easier for me to function without stopping what I'm doing all the time. I also work outside in the Michigan cold, and the power saving heat keeps my temps regulated so I'm not always cold.

Product works great, but could use some redesign on the band. If you have arm hair, the band pulls the hair. The magnetic catch seems like an easy way to.latch, but if you have to take the band completely out of the ring to put ut on, getting the magnetic catch fed back through cn be a little challenge. It appears the band design and esthetics were done with a female user in mind. Would like to see a manly thicker band for a male version.
