Hey Erin! Temperature is tricky, and Embr Wave may take a while to start working for some people. We recommend exploring different types of sessions in the app and using the device as much as you can as you're getting to know it--many users say it works better and better the longer they've had it!

I received this 3 days ago and so far it has helped with regulating my body temp. I have Raynauds and PoTS and have noticed helped with both problems. I'll update my review after use for a few weeks as I read that it can take a couple weeks of regular use to see the real benefits. Does get a little hot if air is restricted to the device which doesn't help while using the cool feature so make sure it doesn't slip under a sleeve or dont put your hand under a blanket.

I am so impressed!!! I never realized how scientific someone could be about reading the bodies temperature and being able to remedy it with warm and cold impulses for hot flashes but you cut them off right away and a million thank you to you all !!

My new best friend for battling illnesses

It just arrived today so I'm just in the figuring it out to phase but so far it helps. I'm in the middle of battling COVID and the warming feels amazing and keeps me comfortable and the cold plunge feature is great for when nausea hits. I recommend trying the subscription and if after a month or 2 you love it then you can buy outright
