I bought this at the end of November, so I have almost had 3 full months of wearing it. I bought it for hot flashes/heat intolerance/hyperhidrosis. I have noticed a subtle improvement, but I was not using the app until today, so I did not know about the preset programs and the ability to adjust the cooling and heating temperatures while it is running. Looking forward to trying the hot flash program!

I was skeptical at first but with in the first 24 hours I got do much relief that I can not see my self not having this on me daily I just wish I had tried it sooner!

It would be great if It could feel the temp of my body rising to cool faster but it's a neat gadget and works for the most part. The sleep heat is nice.
