The Wave has been a life saver for me. When a hot flash hits me, i just activate my Wave. My husband and friends really appreciate me having a Wave too. That way they don't freeze when I kick the A/C on.

For anyone that is going through hot flashes tots will be your best friend. I also get very hot while sleeping and use it all night. Feels wonderful. I wish it did get cooler and the battery lasted longer. The charger is a pain but worth it.

I have found this to be helpful I just wish it was smart enough to know my normal body temperature and automatically begin to cool when it senses my temperature rise above a certain degree or when my heart rate increases above a certain level it begins to cool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How hot or cold you feel is a bit more complicated than your skin or body temperature or heart rate, so having a device sense when you "need" cooling or warming isn't as straightforward as it might seem. While we wish we could have the Wave keep you from feeling any discomfort before it happens, you will know what your body needs far better than any kind of sensor can--and the good news is that with Embr Wave, you're in control of deciding exactly when you need relief most!

This device is awesome! Not only does is keep me cool when I need it, but warm as well.I appreciate the the adjustability. I'm so happy someone told me about it. My only complaint is that sometimes it overheats and I have to wait a while before it cools down.

Works well. The multitude of options for settings was a little overwhelming at first. I have settled on about 3. I feel like the all day or all night options arent cold enough. I have them all the way up and it is great to keep me cool throughout the day, but when a big hot flashh comes, I need more. I'm happy so far.
