I received the Ember Wave 2 one year ago. This has helped so much with my sleep and keeping me cool all night. I'm going through perimenopause. The hit of a button and I cool off quick.

Embr Wave has been a life saver for me. I have dysautonomia and my body cannot control its temperature. I am always hot and drenched my clothes as I sleep. Using this has helped dramatically. I am grateful for finding this product.

I wasn’t sure what I thought about this and the more I tried it and used it the more I think I like it. I do believe it relieves the intensity of my hot flashes, which is an improvement. Still getting accustomed to it and sometimes forget to wear it. But I think it’s a keeper and it’s been nice to have the option of the heat as well when I’m out in the cold on my walks.

The product came a lot later than expected, but I understand that as this was an international purchase. When it arrived, it was packaged very plainly, in a white box. I liked that the components were easy to recycle with minimal plastic.
The product itself is beautiful, the magnetic wrist watch system was amazing - it fits anyone.
The cooling part is very nice, however it took me a while to understand how to turn it on without the app.
The warming part is great as well, but could be a little bit hot, even when calibrating it.

The app itself was a nice addition, however, it stopped pairing and I could not troubleshoot it at all.
Overall, I like this product, it does work well for me, but it is not worth 300 dollars, which is why I put it at 3/5 stars.

Great for TWO of us!!

I am 84 and still get hot flashes. I also live in Arizona where the heat is beyond comfy. I use my Embrwave for flashes AND uncomfortable heat. PLUS when I get someplace extremely air conditioned, I get to use the heat!! I bought one for my daughter as well, and it works fantastically well for her!! Well worth it!
