I just bought this last week so I am still trying to find my “sweet spot”. Today was Palm Sunday and our pews were totally packed. People even had to stand against the church walls. 🎉🎉🙏 But unfortunately, that meant radiating body heat off every sole that was in there. I should have bought two, one for each wrist. 😂 Has Embr Wave’s ever thought of making a choker necklace with embr waves technology? That is something I would definitely look into purchasing because my body heat thermostat is always running HOT!!! Before Embr Wave, I would carry two frozen water bottles, one in each hand, to try and regulate my over heated body.

I started my embrship a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. It helps so much at work. I’m a mechanic and the garage I work in is not very temperature regulated so the Embr comes in handy during the super hot and super cold months. I said it to automatically help me but also use it in between for extra relief. What a great device. I love how I can adjust the settings and timing through the app. I also enjoy using it for hot flashes and when I sleep as I am a hot sleeper. Even the guys at work are impressed with how much you can feel from it.
