Shockingly surprised how great it works

I bought it a week ago. So far it has been wonderful. I wish the battery life was longer and maybe a different band.

Super excited... It really works

I bought this a few weeks ago for my hot flashes but I finally gave it a try this week. Whenever I feel a hot flash starting, I hit the preset button (I use the "Hot Flash Cooler 3" set to intensity 6). I have definitely noticed a difference with the duration and intensity of my hot flashes. I've also used the warming button on days I'm feeling a little chilled (which is an added bonus since I really wanted it for my hot flashes). The real test will be this summer while outside at lacrosse tournaments in the summer heat. I'll keep you posted.

It's life changing

It works for hot flashes but be patient with this device. There is an initial break in period where your body gets use to the device.The first couple of days, I was thinking it didn’t work! On the 3rd or 4th day, my body felt normal again.No more embarrassing dripping brow sweat while standing still for me! I’m so glad I got this device!
