I have been using my device for around 3 weeks now but I found it to be effective from the very first time I put it on. I have only used the cooling feature so far as I suffer with hot flashes and it makes a significant difference. I don’t think it works in extremities but it doesn’t claim to keep you cool in all circumstances, so you might also need a fan on a very hot day. However, it definitely helps to minimise/eradicate my flushes during the day and night, even on a warm and sunny day. I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering with menopausal heat! Ps do follow the instructions and place it slightly higher than your wrist.

I love this device. My husband got it for me when I was going through menopause. It was/is amazing. I use it still if I feel chilly or warm. Love, love, love this device!
