Still trying to get setting done and comfortable

I got this as a birthday gift. So far I'm not disappointed in it just still trying to figure it out. So for now I'm putting fair in it till I can get all the settings figured out and when. It tells me I'm not connected but I feel some of the coolness. I have only tried the coolness for hot flashes and for 10 mins at a time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been looking at the Ember for several years getting ready for menopause, I got it May 11th and it has made a huge difference in just one day!! I’m a believer

I bought this back in Feb and though I was skeptical 🧐 once I tried it literally in the heat of the moment…it cooled me down quickly

Cannot support dual devices

Great product and so much so that I purchased a second one. The sensor side chipped on my first one but since it’s plastic and I was outside of my one year warranty l, I decided to purchase a new one in black this time. I decided that this would be perfect because now I’ll have a day and a night one but that’s not exactly true. The software for the app does not allow multiple devices which is a HUGE bummer and why I gave this a 3 star rating. I want to have a day one and a night one but due to the app making you remove the device every time you want to swap, this is a MAJOR inconvenience and the software needs updated to allow dual devices. Not to be used simultaneously but as a day vs night device.

We're so excited that you liked Embr Wave enough to buy it twice! While we don't currently have support for multiple devices on our roadmap, we're adding your review to our request list and will let you know if that changes. In the meantime, an easy workaround (especially if you're primarily using one Wave at night) it to program your two favorite sessions to the device buttons using the Preset feature in the app. That way you won't have to open the app to access those modes when using your second Wave. Pro tip: You can even program both buttons to activate cooling sessions or both to activate warming sessions!

My little hero’

This is my 2nd Embr; I got the 1st one a couple of years ago but that was before I entered into the fresh hell that is perimenopause. I personally don’t have hot flashes. Yeah, no, they’re more akin to hanging out about 1/8 mile from the surface of the Sun! I’ve always ran on the warm side but now it’s like I’m on fire except for the constant sweat that pours down my face, & back, etc. You get the idea - I’m miserable. I’m putting a lot of hope on the little device, & I start Veozah tmro, so fingers crossed!

Amazing, Really Stops Hot Flashes and Night Sweats

Amazing product. This device works real well! I use it in the cooling mode to stop the hot flashes and night sweats I get from taking prostate cancer therapy hormones. A simple test for you, when having a hot flash or night sweats, is to run cold water on the inside of one of your wrist for at least 30 seconds or a little longer untill your inside wrist feels to the touch. If your hot flashes and/or night sweats stop; then the Wave 2 should work for you, as it does for me. I wear mine on my right wrist as I wear a watch on my left.

I purchased my wave over a year ago and I am totally aesthetic over it ability to cool you down in minutes. Absolutely amazing and I am happy to say it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made.
