I've been using the Embr Wave 2 for over a year. I use it mostly at night, because it helps with hot flashes, and keeps me cooler. I would definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. I tested a couple of cooling session and warming session. I don’t think the cooling session really worked as feeling cooler. Instead the area got irritating sensation which would not go away. It was minor irritation but definitely made me feel uncomfortable to try going to sleep with cooling session scheduled as I originally intended to reduce my night sweats. I returned right away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for those with autoimmune issues

Bought about 6 months ago and honestly this has been such a helpful purchase. As someone with autoimmune issues, and heat regulation issues this product has worked wonders for me. Weather i need to feel cooled off or need to warm up, I can utilize this anytime, anywhere.

Able to use year round

I bought the Embrwave 2 after having surgery in 2022. I was having horrible hot flashes and my mother in law recommended it to me. After recovering completely I then used it during the winter to warm up and while mowing the yard to stay cool. It has been a blessing year round!.

I bought thus about a m9nth ago. It does seem to help me sleep better. Still not sure if it is helping during the day yet. One downside for me.is that metal tends to make me.break out so if I get sweaty while.wearing it I do at times breakout.

It really works

I’ve only had it for one day and am sold! I’m 47 and dealing with perimenopause with erratic temperature changes. The Embr wave 2 has actually stopped the hot flashes from going to my head; when the hot flashes get to my scalp I want to shave my head, it’s miserable… this has stopped my burning scalp and sweatie hair. I don’t want to be without it after just 24 hours with it!
