Before wearing the wave2 I would wake up every night between 4am and 5am and most nights I would not be able to get back to sleep. Now I am on week three and every night after I wake up, I CAN fall back to sleep. I also put it on my arm about 30 minutes before I want to go to sleep and I start getting really tired. I have recommended it to so many people!

I have had my Embr Wave 2 for two weeks. I bought it for hot flash relief. It worked for me immediately. The only thing I don’t like about it is the charger. Once on the charger, you have to put your hands up and slowly back away while holding your breath. Even then, it might have disconnected from charging. It’s a bit frustrating. But, when it’s charged, it’s wonderful.

The band really dug into my skin, and the heating and cooling piece was too big to stay in place comfortably. If it were smaller and had a different band, I'd give it 10 stars! It did work, but it wasn't the right fit for me. I'm sure it's wonderful for others though.

Thanks for the feedback! In a perfect world, we'd love to make an Embr Wave that would be as small as a postage stamp, have double the cooling power, and also last for weeks between charges. We're really proud of the power and performance we were able to pack into a device the size of the Wave, but we do understand that it's not the perfect fit for everyone out there.
