Very comfortable to wear. I don’t wear watches especially with hairy arms. Works very well and the app is easy to use and configure.

Wave 2: subtle and effective

I must admit that I was worried when I saw the smaller ceramic heating/cooling pad. I thought that it wouldn't be as effective at helping to cool me down, which is mostly what I use it for.
The cold, which I always turn ALL THE WAY UP (or down, as is the case) isn't perhaps as noticeable after the first few waves, but that's because it's working. I've had multiple instances where I didn't even need the full 10-minute session to cool down, which is awesome!
Since I generally use the Wave 2 for hot flash relief, I'm just now starting to try to use it to relieve stress, and to help me sleep.
One thing I'm not wild about is the need to constantly "connect" to the Wave 2, which is different from the 1st iteration. It's inconvenient, but perhaps is designed that way to spare battery life vs being constantly connected.
I'm also going through info on the phone app, and it's good to know that I can use the Wave 2 without the app. I generally lower the cooling temp and raise the heating temp every time I use the Wave 2, so it's clear that I can do that on the Wave 2 without the phone app.

I originally purchased the Wave 1 at the end of 2019, went to the beach, and stupidly shoved my arm in the water, which killed it. I waited a long time to get the Wave 2, and I love the smaller size, the thinner band, and the look and effectiveness. I also love the new charger, which is more convenient to use than the Wave 1 plug-in method.

I’ve become accustomed to being sweaty and uncomfortable in all social situations my entire adult life. I had high hopes for this device and it has NOT disappointed! Nothing else has ever worked but now I can sit through an entire event/meal/concert/game and not be worried that I’m sweating through my outfit! I used to be the oily, shiny, sweaty one in pictures but now I just blend in! This thing has literally changed my life!!

I love it!! So far has been working for me. I have yet no complaints, it’s very nice appearance and is very comfortable to wear. The price I found it a little high, but it works perfectly that’s why I don’t really complain. Thank you for making something that really works!! I’m very happy with it.

I’m really glad I bought the Wave 2! I suffer from hot flashes, and sometimes I get hot AND cold at the same time! I read reviews on various sites and decided it was time to try to get some relief, as my hot flashes give me anxiety.
The Wave 2 is a very interesting device! It’s become quite helpful for me and I LOVE how it can give you relief from being hot or cold. The app on my phone is wonderful and I love how many settings the app has, depending what you are using it for! I originally thought this just had a cool or a warm mode, not a full set of programmed sessions you can use for different purposes! love to use it when I go to bed at night for comfort, which it has helped me quite a bit. I’ve also used it while doing household chores.
Sure, it’s expensive, but the technology is superior and it’s an investment in your health, as unregulated temperature influxes for some of us causes stress, which is not good. I also may add that the unit itself is very well made, beautiful and comfortable.

I love the look and feel of my new EmbrWave2 although it has been difficult to understand how to use certain features and certain features still say coming soon, so that is disappointing.
