Instant hot flash relief

The wave 2 has some nice upgrades compared to the first one. The look is more sleek, and the 2 preset buttons are nice. I still find it too bulky to wear while working at my computer, and I'm frustrated by the battery drain on the overnight setting. It also doesn't stay paired with my phone very well. My hot flashes have improved a lot, so I'm not wearing it as much anymore. But I would still highly recommend it to any one experiencing hot flashes. It's so nice to be ableto get some instant relief.

I just wish it had a better wrist band design

I honestly love this little guy. I work in home health so the temperature around me changes every 30-45 min as I go from one house to the other. This has really helped me feel a lot more comfortable. The only issue I have, is with the wrist band. At first I thought it was super cool and loved the magnetic clasp. As I wore it though, I realized the chain link band tends to pinch your skin and pull out arm hair... it can really be quite painful/uncomfortable.

A life changer!

Since preventative cancer surgery 5 years ago, I’ve had intense hot flashes, occurring ca. 15 times during the day and continuing during the night. I have been using Embr Wave 2 now for two weeks. It has changed my life! I use the hot flash relief many times throughout the day and it stops them in their tracks! It seems that my body is learning to respond quicker to the cooling effects as well. I am also very impressed with the warming programs. These have been very useful while traveling, as planes and hotel rooms are often very cold. I can HIGHLY recommend Embr Wave 2!

This is my second wave. I had the original and it changed my life.
The new design is fantastic, it feels lighter, less intrusive and less bulky than the original. This is about the size of a watch, even on my tiny wrists. I like the new discreet mode for the lights. The new buttons on the sides are easy to use, I don't accidentally bump it on or off like the old model. The new charging is great too!

I have problems with temperature regulation (dysautonimia, and SCI) and this wonderfully tricks my body into warming and cooling. The Wave has saved me from overheating and from getting too cold more times than I can count.
My only issue is with the app, which feels like I lost a little bit of more perfected control over the temperature. I liked the degrees over the 1-5 scale. I do really like the 9 hour sleep mode.

Hot flash relief

My motivation for buying the Wave 2 was to help with my hot flashes and night sweats. The Wave has definitely taken the edge off my hot flashes and helped me sleep better through the night. At times I can feel an intense cooling on my wrist and other times it is not as significant.
I was concerned the Wave would be too big for my smaller wrist but the magnetic band allows me to adjust the sizing to fit.
I do wish the face of the Wave was more durable. I have a couple of small scratches on the face of the unit within two days of wearing the Wave.

I love my Wave2 so much!! I get hot often at work (ICU nurse), plus I get hot flashes, even more of them at night. The only nights recently that I have NOT woken up drenched in sweat were the nights I forgot to set my Wave2. It is beautiful and is so pretty. I have the rose gold one. Lovely. Cool. Wave2.

Positive early impressions!

I’ve been using the Embr Wave 2 for a few weeks now and so far I am enjoying it. It feels very solid on my wrist and it’s about the same size as my Fitbit. I typically wear it at night to help ease me to sleep. I’ve used both the warm and cool sensations and they are very pleasant. The app is easy to set up and use. I wish the app would send notifications when the battery is lower. A few times I’ve missed out on using it because it needed to be charged.

I have had hot flashes for years and this little gadget has helped me so much.
It’s amazing, when those hot flashes hit I simply turn the Embr wave 2 onto the cool setting and it cools me down almost instantly. I work with a lot of freeze babies so our office is always too warm for me, now with my Embr wave 2 I’m as comfortable as they are, a real life saver!
I never had the first Embr so I have no comparison but if it’s even close to the 2 it’s awesome also.
