A friend of mine recommended the Wave to me while talking about how hot I always am. I looked into it and pre ordered the Wave 2. Not only does it help me with hot flashes but surprisingly I love the fall asleep option. It is calming, cool and must in my opinion!!

I’ve been using this for a couple weeks. It seems to be made well, pairs easily with the app, and works as it’s supposed to. I have not found it to be life-changing like some others have, but it does seem to “take the edge off” by a few degrees, which can make the difference between tolerable and not. If you have trouble with temperature regulation (like I do), it’s useful to have a toolkit to help you manage throughout the day and I do feel like the EmbrWave2 has a place in mine.

I have had my Wave 2 for about a month and I an in love with it!
I have an autoimmune disorder that affects my thyroid and I had a hysterectomy at 36. My body temperature does fluctuate but I am manly freezing all the time! The Wave 2 has allowed me to not have to wear a heated vest everywhere I go (even during the summer heat) and be comfortable in almost any situation. I have already recommended the Wave 2 to several friends. LIFE CHANGING!

I have tried both the Wave 1 and 2. The shape of the Wave 2 is much better and not as cumbersome. I like the product and I would recommend it.

I have trouble regulating my body temperature and this is a great tool to help with comfort! The heating mechanism is a bit more reliable than the cooling but both really help. I'm really looking forward to having this in the winter, when I'm typically an ice cube! The size is also non-intrusive and really comfortable. The band is really genius being able to magnet to itself at any size, it's really accomodating.

This has been a lifesaver and is a nice upgrade from the first version. Kept me cool when our air conditioning went out and I also use it for outdoor use. Highly recommend.

I’m still giving it time but wish the app was working for tracking

I had to maneuver the device around my wrist to find the sweet spot. When I feel a bit off and you will know it then I move it and start to feel the coolness. I am still testing the sleep but if the app ever gets finished maybe I can see the tracking. I’m disappointed in that part but I’m okay with how it is working. I find I am not sticking my one leg out during a hot flash as much as I used to.

I loved my first ember wave to help with my hot flashes from menopause but it was a little bulky and not very feminine. The ember wave 2 is a nice improvement. It’s smaller and seems to cool better.
