I have tried both the Wave 1 and 2. The shape of the Wave 2 is much better and not as cumbersome. I like the product and I would recommend it.

I have trouble regulating my body temperature and this is a great tool to help with comfort! The heating mechanism is a bit more reliable than the cooling but both really help. I'm really looking forward to having this in the winter, when I'm typically an ice cube! The size is also non-intrusive and really comfortable. The band is really genius being able to magnet to itself at any size, it's really accomodating.

This has been a lifesaver and is a nice upgrade from the first version. Kept me cool when our air conditioning went out and I also use it for outdoor use. Highly recommend.

I’m still giving it time but wish the app was working for tracking

I had to maneuver the device around my wrist to find the sweet spot. When I feel a bit off and you will know it then I move it and start to feel the coolness. I am still testing the sleep but if the app ever gets finished maybe I can see the tracking. I’m disappointed in that part but I’m okay with how it is working. I find I am not sticking my one leg out during a hot flash as much as I used to.

I loved my first ember wave to help with my hot flashes from menopause but it was a little bulky and not very feminine. The ember wave 2 is a nice improvement. It’s smaller and seems to cool better.

I love the rose gold color, and the size. It looks like jewelry from the front. It fits great.
I use the Embr because I have a hard time regulating my body temperature due to health issues. This has been great to help me regulate my temperature without having to bundle up or remove excessive amounts of clothing especially at my work where the temperature varies drastically from room to room.

I love the Embr Wave 2 so much. I am in a chemical menopause due to hormone positive breast cancer. Hot flashes were intense. Then a minute later I’d be freezing. The cooling part is my favorite. I love that I can set it to keep me cool while I sleep. I take medication daily for hot flashes. Now that I have this amazing technology on my wrist; I am weaning myself off of the meds.

Please disregard the scratches on it in the photo. I am an assembly machine operator and refuse to take my Wave off at work. Trust me, I am a clumsy one. But the Wave has stood up to the abuse just fine :)

The wave 2 is comfortable, I have large wrists, so I ordered the comfort strap & it works great! I like the look of the product & some friends thought it was a smart watch, it's helped with my hot flashes throughout the day!
