I love the Embr Wave 2. Really helps me stay cool in time of need (a lot). Surprisingly, I’ve used the heat feature quite a bit too.

100% Skeptical but NOW I’m you’re number one fan

Ladies … imagine …Think cooling or finally I’m a normal body temperature!
My husband searched and found the jackpot. I no longer am the wife searching for a sweatshirt/ sweater when we enter a store in the middle of summer. Conversely my hot flashes as sleeping has been calmed in to a sleeping slumber - husbands consider this for your wife . I was 100% skeptical on how this would help - to my delight I’m your #1 fan. Preaching to my friends not the choir. Discrete, and worth the effort to click on their sight to do your own research…and be come a fan yourself.

Great improvements but still waiting for better customizability options

I've had the Wave 1 and now the Wave 2. There is definitely an increase in battery life and effective coldness. The Wave 1 couldn't always break through the heat if you were in a hot environment, I haven't really found that to be the case with the Wave 2. The 2 is definitely more stylish and better fitting, but I want more options and control. I'm a techie so to me more options is better, but I can see how the simplicity of the Wave 2 might appeal to a non-techie.
Not worth the money just as a novelty item. But for someone like me who is very sensitive to the temperature in their environment, go ahead and try it, as they have a money back guarantee.

Hot flash relief

It takes a little while to get used to the feel of it but once I figured out how to best use it with my hot flashes it has really helped. If I use it at the start of a hot flash it keeps it from getting uncomfortable. Much nicer than have to deal with an uncomfortable hot flash. I love the app adjustments. I would have preferred white or silver but I settled with the black. I started off wearing it all the time but found it to be more comfortable if I only wear it in the evening and night when my hot flashes are the worst. But I keep it in my purse during the day and use it when needed.

Great for my Disautonaumia!

I struggle with disautonomia and so my body can’t always properly regulate body temp. This has truly allowed me to upgrade my day to day life! I no longer become overwhelmed by bursts of heat or achy during cold. The sleep feature is my favorite as it allows me to sleep through the night without waking up sweaty or shivering. I’ve been quick to recommend this to all my friends who have similar struggles- this is my new favorite tool in my strive for wellness.

Awesome little cooling device

First off I love the Rose Gold colour. It’s beautiful. The new shape is also something that makes the Wave 2 a success. The shape fits the inside of my wrist so much better. I use my Wave 2 as a tool to help with my MS and my heat sensitivity. The cooling sensation really helps me control this symptom. I find that the Wave 2 has a much more intense cooling sensation as well. I would recommend this device to anyone having issues with temperature
