The cooling is not as noticeable as I had hoped, although I haven't had any hot flashes to test it on. It does work quite well in a too-cold office. Within a minute or so, I can feel my tense, shivering muscles relax, from my neck and shoulders down to my feet.
Aesthetically, it's a nice looking unit, especially the bracelet. The rose gold is already wearing off the magnet, however.

Regulates Temps Well

The device works well - I feel cooler when using the cool setting, and warmer when using the warm setting. It seems to have trouble staying connected to the app and the casing heats up pretty quickly, but it does the job.

I have loved my embr wave. Thank you for this technology. It has helped with my body going through heat. I live in south Florida where the heat is a real concern. It has also helped with pain. Thank you ember wave.

This thing is amazing! Unfortunately, I have been dealing with surgery-forced menopause and I am unable to take any kind of HRT. I was miserable. My best friend pre-ordered the Embr Wave 2 as a gift. It has been a huge help! I can turn it on when I feel the beginnings of a hot flash and within moments, I can feel it start to recede as my body responds to the signals. The more I use it, the better my system is in responding to it. It has also been helpful in reducing night sweats. I am SO grateful for the Embr Wave 2!

The cooling feature is wonderful! It helps me sleep, it calms me down when I feel overwhelmed. Even though I received it after the heatwaves of this summer, I am sure this will be vital to me surviving next summer! I look forward to seeing how the warming feature will keep me cozier this winter.

Good on Nights when my Temp is Unstable

I have worn it off and on to be honest. During the evenings where I seem to have hot flashes early, I put it on to sleep and most nights I only wake once compared to 2 tp 3 times normally. On nights when my temp is stable, I do not wear it. The cooling element on the device gives off quite a sensation, I don't want it to wake me up, since my sleep at this age can be interrupted by any little thing. But it has been beneficial on several nights when my temp seemed to be unpredictable.
