My first EmbrWave broke through

My first EmbrWave broke through a freak accident and i did not hesitate to order the Embr Wave 2. I should not have waited for the accident! the Wave 2 is more comfortable to wear and cools better that the original. I use my Embr Wave 2 to battle hot flashes and it works. This is the best thing I've found for cooling and warming that just fixes the problem for me. I would not be without it.

The included strap is terrible if you even have one thin arm hair. Glad I shelled out more money for the comfort version. It would be great if they gave you the option to choose while ordering! The fancy strap is now landfill. Seems uselessly wasteful.

It took some getting used

It took some getting used to but I've really enjoyed having this product. I've used it quite a bit. It helps to cool me down and destress. I wish it were a little thinner in design since it has to be worn on the underside of the wrist. Working on my laptop is tricky when wearing it. It's all a matter of getting used to it though. Would recommend the product to anyone looking to destress or cool down.

Not worth your time.

Way too expensive to be of any value, gets scratched easily when it's meant to be on the bottom of your wrist. The hot is too hot, even on its lowest setting. It's a stinging kind of hot, not a glove type of warm. The only good thing is that the cold setting is pretty good sometimes. I'm trying to get a refund but they refuse to continue the process even though I've sent it back off.
