Fairly new to the Wave game, and I run hot all the time. I sweat profusely when others don't at all. I was anxious to see how well this would work. So far, I can't say I sweat any less or cool off when wearing this device. I adjust it to highest cool setting using the app too. I feel it get cold on my wrist,, but can't say it goes nay further for me. I want to be fair because I haven't had it very long, so I give it 3 stars just in case it is making a difference that I haven't noticed yet. Hopefully, over time it makes a difference in my life. But if you're like me - on the hot side - I might hold off on this purchase.

We hear over and over again from customers who weren't sure if the Wave was doing anything at all for them for the first few weeks but then suddenly found that things began to "click" and their bodies were responding just as they'd hoped. Pure Comfort

Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I have a hard time controlling my own body temperature, which is miserable. From the first time I put this device on, it has been vital for my comfort. Worth every penny.

Amazing on-demand relief!

I bought my Wave when hot flashes started. It has been wonderful to have instant relief from sudden unbearable heat! Conversely, I use the heat function when I freeze in the winter. It's also great for calming me in stressful situations. If I had a dollar for everyone I have demonstrated it to, I could buy a couple more bands!

Rented this to make sure it worked for me before buying. First, that renting is even an option. I've been burned so many times! I have long had issues with temperature regulation, so I wasn't sure if the Embr Wave would alleviate any of it. I was surprised when it did. I was still hot or cold, but the worst parts of it all, the Embr Wave device helped with. Hoping to properly buy it soon!
