I have been using my Embr Wave 2 for about 2 weeks now. I wanted to try it for help with my Dysautonomia symptoms. It took some time getting used to, but I have really been enjoying it. It has definitely helped with regulating my body temperatures. I love that the app is not an additional fee, but it needs some updating. The app is not user friendly and takes a while to find the settings you like. The product is great I would just recommend they work on the app and maybe creating a way to crate your own duration for hot/cooling waves.

All Night Cooling Session

I bought my Embr Wave 2 this week and am excited to see if hot flash relief is actually possible without medications. First indicated my highest need for cooler is between Midnight and 1 am. I used the All Night Cooling Session had a better night’s sleep than I have had in years with less waking and tossing.
