I was really excited when I first read about this device. I placed my pre-order and waited months to get it. It finally arrived and I set it up and downloaded the app and put in my settings as instructed. I am pretty tech savy so this was easy to use. BUT it did not cool me as I expected it to and yes I followed the set up instructions.
I have a very busy life as a healthcare worker and also care for my terminally ill mother so I lost track of the "30 Day Trial Period" and I also wanted to give this device a good chance. But no, it did not cool me and it feels really cheap. I reached out to customer service and was basically just told I passed the 30 day trial. So now I am stuck with a expensive device that I will not use.
BUYERS BEWARE and think twice before purchasing.

I have had my Wave 2 for about 3 weeks and it is so nice to have. I can cool off when I have a hot flash or warm up when my body is cold. I use it a lot. I sleep better with it is on. This is a very useful item to have. When I have had questions I get a quick response from Embr. Thank you! TinaMarie Reimers

It works well. I have MS and have tried many things to keep cool. Wave 1 was useful; Wave 2 fits me better and that makes it more useful to me. Also, it’s pretty. I like that. Altogether the Wave 2 helps me feel confident and stylish when I am wearing it. Thanks, Embr.

Amazing device!!

Love the convenience of the wave 2! I went to a play and it was stuffy and uncomfortable. But I stayed cool and calm using this device! I am also not dreading winter anymore! I know it will help keep me balanced! Great investment!

I use it for everything, I get cold easily so the bursts of warmth are great. I’ve also used it at night while sleeping!

Overall I really like my Embr Wave 2. A few things, for some reason it always disconnects from the app. It connects again quickly, but it happens constantly which is annoying. Other issue is that Track and Learn features are not available and when I asked was told don’t know when they’ll be online. That’s a little disappointing.

I’m liking it so far, only had it for 2 weeks and use it mainly for sleeping. I get night sweats and let it run for about 8 hours. It seems to help , but it’s too early to really comment on anything else . Will keep using it to help with sleeping !

Huge Improvement in Quality of Life

I have a condition that causes me to deal with dysautonomia and one of the biggest problems is having unbearable hot flashes that cause me to pour sweat so much that I can have to change my clothes 12 times a day. The Embr Wave 2 has really improved my quality of life! I am no longer helpless during these hot flashes. The Wave helps me to feel cooler and noticeably reduces the sweating. I also really appreciate that it charges so quickly because I use it very frequently. It has definitely been worth the investment!
