Bought this device about a month ago , I suffer from PMDD, which causes me to have flu like symptoms up to 2 weeks before my period, since using this device I have noticed better sleep (less waking up because of hot flashes) and less anxious waiting for the next one to come. I LOVE how u can set this up to run throughout the night so u NEVER have to worry about getting too hot overnight, I have also been letting my grinds try it out and they all love it too

I’ve been looking for something other than “drugs” for my hot flashes. This actually seems to be effective. I hit it when a flash is coming on and the cooling waves send a sensation of relief. It’s weird but seems to be working for me.
