Hey there! It looks like you've only had your Wave for a week or so, so please don't get discouraged if you're not noticing a huge difference yet. Many users have told us they couldn't really tell if the Wave was helping for several weeks but then it all suddenly started to click. Using the Wave for warming for an extended period can sometimes cause temporary redness, but there are hardware and software safeguards prevented the device from reaching temperatures that could cause burns. You can adjust the temperature level at any time using the buttons on the device, but we do recommend removing it if you experience discomfort--we want the Wave to make you feel better, not worse!
