The magnetic band is ingenious

The magnetic band is ingenious for putting it on when your fingers don’t work like they used too. The instant cooling seems to have gotten better over 3 weeks in calming my hot sweaty “flashes.”

Have only used it for one day as it arrived Dec. 2,2021. It helped with hot flashes over night so was thankful for that. Am still learning though.

Helps with Raynaud's

I have both Raynaud's and heat hives, so I'm constantly concerned about my body temperature. The Embr Wave 2 has given me back the confidence to leave the house more often and enjoy life. The heating function is as effective as heated gloves in many scenarios. The cooling function has a similar effect as splashing yourself with cool water without having to run off to a bathroom. I don't leave home without it!

The bracelet was too clunky for me so I was not comfortable wearing it. It heated and cooled quickly but the temperature sensation did not last long enough for me to get much benefit.

I wish the Wave 2 was more durable

I still love my Wave 2 for how it helps me manage my hot flashes, and I just told 3 people about it today for that reason. However, it is much easier for the Wave 2 to fall off of your arm, and the back of mine has already cracked and a chip has fallen out after wearing it for just 3 months. Something this expensive should be more durable.

It definitely took about a week for my body to get used to the sensations before I started to notice a difference in my temperature and it DOES warm me up, but not an extreme amount. If you’re good with a few degrees warmer, then it’s worth it, but keep in mind it will not do wonders.
