Great watch to warmup or to cool down

I've had the embr wave watch for 5 or 6 months and enjoying every bit of the watch. When I get hot flashes, I simply turn it to cool me down. When, I get cold, I just turn it on to hot mode to warm up. It's easy to setup and to turn on, I recommend this watch to anyone.

I decided to try the ember wave in a spur of the moment because I'm either cold or hot and can't regulate my temperature very well... So far it's help a lot and can't wait to see how it goes the longer I am using it...

I received tha for Christmas. I have had issues with keeping my temperature regulated. This device works no matter if I feel hot or cold. I am enjoying using the different settings and exploring to see how else it can be of benefit.
