It only worked the first two nights I used it. I've tried several adjustments of the features on my phone to my comfort, I don't know why I'm not getting the results I had similar to my first two nights' use.

Wow! Relief in a matter of days!!! Had some trouble connecting then went to the troubleshooting page followed directions and bam! No more hot flash suffering!!!

Just got mi e today, and right from the start I can feel the difference. I have Parkinson’s so regulating my temp is difficult. This is going to be a life saver

I got mine as my husband needs a warmer temp at night and I like it cooler. It has worked really well. It was a bit hard to get used to the tingling sensation at first but now I can’t sleep without it
